Venison and Pheasant Burgers

 Storage

Once opened, keep refrigerated and use with 24 hours.

Do not exceed use by date.

Freeze as soon as possible after purchase, but always within use by date.

Once frozen consume within one month.

Defrost thoroughly in fridge before cooking and use the same day/

DE NOT RE-FREEZE.

 Ingredients

Venison, Pheasant, Pork, Water, Rice flour, Gram flour, Maize starch, Salt, Dextrose, Dried onion, Garlic, Salt Pepper, Parsley, Sodium metabisulphite, Ascorbic acid.

 Cooking Instructions

Cook under a medium grill for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally or lightly brush with oil and shallow fry over a moderate heat for 8-10 minutes turning occasionally.
